Leadership Coaching
Successful leaders know that new behaviours are required from them as they move through the organisation into new leadership roles. We work with our clients to increase their performance in their role in leading others, themselves and the organisation. The goal may be to be more strategic, create more focus and prioritise, empower others or embed other leadership competencies. We work with our clients one on one to fully clarify their goals and how they will achieve them
Executive Onboarding
The first 6 months in a new role or system are critical to success – too often this is done poorly resulting in very significant costs to the organisation and the individual. Like any new organ coming into a system it can quickly be rejected if perceived as a threat. We work with senior lateral hires both pre and post joining to ensure they are set up for success in their new role and system. We know what needs to be there to set our clients up for success from the outset and we work with our clients to mitigate the risks of moving into a new culture and system, particularly as change agents.
